The research of the communicative competence of managers in inclusive interaction

The relevance of the study is dictated by the requirements of the Ministry of Industry to accept a certain percentage of employees with disabilities at enterprises. In this regard, great importance is attached to the development of the communicative competence of managers, since it is a factor in the successful adaptation of this category of employees. Graduates of pedagogical universities should have a number of competencies that will allow them to interact with different categories of people, in particular with people with disabilities. The article discusses the concept of “inclusive competence” in the aspect of inclusive education of university students, and also presents a brief analysis of the data obtained during the study aimed at studying the understanding of the management team of working conditions with employees with disabilities.
