Study of the competitive advantages of the Chamber Drama Theater “Dominanta”

Based on various methods of strategic analysis, an assessment of the competitive advantages of the municipal budget cultural institution “Chamber Drama Theater “Dominanta” was carried out. Threats and risks associated primarily with the financial situation of the institution under study have been identified. Key sources of negative impacts have been identified, and strategic guidelines aimed at reducing their impact have been identified. For the period of analysis from 2020 to 2022, an assessment of the expenses and income of the Chamber Drama Theater “Dominanta” was carried out.
