Study of the method of independent deformation control by eigenstrain in discretized systems

The paper considers the concept of independent control of stressed and deformed states in systems with superimposed intrinsic (inelastic) deformations. The algorithm of independent control of total deformations is studied in detail. For discretized systems, this technique is universal and can be used within the framework of the finite element method. A mathematical condition determining the possibility of such control is shown.
