The research of motivation of teaching staff work of professional educational organization

The factors motivating employees represent a significant interest from the sociological and from a management point of view on a number of reasons. The results of empirical research of management of teaching motivation, which was conducted on the basis of Argajashskij agricultural college upon the procedure «Study of motivation of professional activity» (K. Zamfir in A. Rean’s modification). It is necessary the detection of the structure of motives of professional work of teachers and describe the motivational climate. All these procedures are necessary for developing a system for the management of motivation.
