For elaboration the tactics of treatment the patients with metastatic colorectal cancer it is necessary to define not only prevalence of tumoral process, but also biological activity of tumor. The mutational status of tumor KRAS gene has key value in assessment the biological activity of a tumor, thus, can have impact on efficiency of the carried-out treatment and can be considered as a predictive factor of analysis of the remote results of combined treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
