Stressed state of welded joints of tubular units without gusset plate

The stressed state of welded joints of tubular units without gusset plate are studied by polarization-optical method. “Hot” points and stress concentration factors for them are defined, taking into account the geometric heterogeneity of welded seams and loading schemes of units.
