The purpose of the work was to study the educational preferences of junior officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The following methods were used for the study: literature review, questionnaires, primary processing of results, verification of statistical hypotheses. The object of the study is educational services. The subject of the study is the educational preferences of russian junior officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is statistically proved that the most important educational preference among respondents is the criterion "the number of highly qualified personnel (professors)". The results are useful for improving the quality of education in the universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
