Study of the process of obtaining dense extracts from sea-buckthorn leaves

The article presents the results of studying the process of obtaining thick extracts from the leaves of sea buckthorn. A selection of a rational method and design of the apparatus for obtaining a thick extract from sea buckthorn leaves using subcritical CO2 extraction was made. The optimal parameters for the extraction of sea buckthorn raw materials were determined: the temperature in the apparatus is 22-24 °C, the pressure is 6,6-6,8 MPa, the duration of the process is 270-300 min. The quality indicators of a thick extract from the leaves of sea buckthorn buckthorn, obtained by the technology of subcritical CO2 extraction, were studied under experimentally determined optimal conditions: organoleptic, physicochemical. The method for obtaining CO2 extract was successfully tested in the production workshop of LLC «SIC «BaikalEcoProduct»» and recommended for implementation at enterprises for the complex processing of sea buckthorn.
