In 6-7 year old children in relation to education environment of preschool organization

At present, special attention is paid to the problems of preschool education in connection with the need to preserve the uniqueness and value of preschool childhood as an important stage in the overall development of man and his/her socialization. In recent decades there has been an increased interest in the problem of preschoolers' maladaptation. Maladaptation of preschool children is seen as the inability of the child's personality to adapt to the changing conditions of the education environment. The result of maladaptation is the emergence of displays of maladaptation, disturbing the balance in relations with the society, distorting goals, motives, value orientations that do not allow conflict-free resolution of problems, do not satisfy the needs that prevent the person from entering a new social environment and block the creation of favorable conditions for personal development and self-determination. This problem is particularly relevant for 6-7 year old children, since this is a critical period in the development of the child, which determines its sensitivity to the adverse effects of the educational environment and the emergence of manifestations of maladaptation. This article presents the results of an empirical study of the manifestations of maladaptation of children of the senior preschool age in relation to the educational environment of a pre-school organization. Empirical data are obtained on the selected criteria and indicators of manifestations of maladaptation of 6-7 year old children. The results of the study made it possible to identify the most problematic areas of manifestations of maladaptation of older preschool children, both personal and emotional. Characteristics of groups of children with different types of manifestations of maladaptation (a group of children with manifestations of maladaptive emotional type, a group of children with manifestations of maladaptive personality type, a group of children with manifestations of maladaptation of emotional-personal type) is based on the results of cluster analysis.
