Study of the prevalence of manifestations of psychological disadaptation miners survived in accident with vital threat

The article presents the results of research the characteristics of the level of psychological adaptation of the miners survived the vital threat in the situation of the accident. It was evaluated the prevalence of psychological disadaptation, the manifestation of pathopsychological symptoms in this group, and also the emergency factors, which influence the nature of mental experiences. The signs of psychological disadaptation were found in 14 % of the respondents. The miners survived in more dangerous accidents more frequently present the complaints, which represent the symptoms of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychoticism. The factors, which amplify the manifestation of psychological disadaptation, are: the presence in the epicenter of emergency, the obtained injury, the presence of accidents with the fatal outcome among the subordinates, the loss of hope for rescuing, expectation of aid in the solitude, loss of familiar on the mine. The psychological disadaptation is decreased: an improvement in the relations in the association after emergency, the presence of close friends among the associates, confidential relations in the family and an improvement in the relations in the family after emergency. On the basis of the obtained results are determined the targets target for the organization of rehabilitation work with the miners who survived the situation of the threat of life. The greatest attention require miners, who visited objectively more dangerous emergency and located in its epicenter, that received injury, that were proven to be in the isolation during the emergency, and also the miners who have injured or killed one of his subordinates.
