Analysis of compatibility of institutions of socio-labor relation

The author analyses the issues of complementarity and substitutionality of institutions of social-labor relations. The author concludes that there is substitutionality of institutions which comprise the system of social-labor relation, and that there is a necessity to improve the institutional structures of social-labor relation currently existing in Russia
