One of the important tasks of the federal target program “Sustainable development of rural areas for 2014-2017 and for the period until 2020” is the transition of road construction to an innovative development path. Investigation of the processes of structure formation, application of mixing technology are one of the main opportunities for the formation of cementitious composites. Experimental studies performed earlier showed that the heterogeneous structure depends on the type of soil, and it can be improved by prescription and technological factors and methods of mixing. Using the method of mathematical statistics, data was processed. With the help of mathematical statistics, the data obtained during the experiment were analyzed. The method of probabilistic sampling allows you to make correct conclusions on the sample. To identify common properties of the population and identify regularities, generalizing quantitative indicators were used. Among indicators of descriptive statistics has an indicator of the average value, which characterizes the generalized value of the feature or group of characteristics in the study population. When using random sampling, representativeness is ensured. The use of a table of random numbers or a random number generator is one way to extract a random sample to obtain the object number that must be selected from the general population. The evaluation of soil homogeneity was defined as the root-mean-square deviation of the concentration of one of the components of the mixture, which determines its use to assess the homogeneity of the two-component mixtures. To determine the homogeneity of the mixing, it is proposed to use a random sample, which is representative and allows to transfer the conclusions of statistical sampling processing to the general population. Descriptive statistics allowed to describe and reproduce in the form of tables and graphs data. A clear analysis of the binder distribution results was obtained, which showed that the mixing of sandy loam with cement makes it possible to obtain a cement mortar with homogeneity comparable to that of cement concrete, and the cementitious mixture prepared in this way has a high degree of homogeneity (low coefficient of variation).
