«Moral and psychological climate» of students group. Structural components of concept

The article is based on the research of the psychological climate of the students group. Since there are different approaches to the notion psychological climate nowadays, we tried to give a more precise definition of the moral and psychological climate (MPC). The main criteria for evaluating MPC are: values of the students group, values of the head(s) of the group, the degree to which the values of the students and the heads correspond.
