Students' Personality motivational sphere: structure and dynamics investigation

This article contains the results of the investigation of a modern MHA student's personality motivational sphere structure and dynamics. Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the motivational sphere by the end of studying. The author also identifies the elements (motifs) that contribute to the successful development of the profession.
