Investigation of the structure of thought disorders at schizophrenia in terms of the conceptual model of mental of L.M. Vekker

The aim of the research was the systematization and analysis of pathological phenomena of the thought in schizophrenia, in order to study the structural mechanisms of their disorders and the classification within the L.M. Vekker's theoretical model of thinking. The study involved 125 people with various disorders of schizophrenic spectrum. It was used 19 diagnostic techniques, 4 of them were verbal and 3 - nonverbal tests of the thinking. Factor analysis of the results identified 7 independent factors of structural disorders of thinking, predicted by the tested theoretical model.
