The paper considers the features of the manufacturing technology of an AO deflector (AOD) based on a TeO2 single crystal. The TeO2 crystal has an extremely large acousto-optic quality, high transparency. The article describes the main characteristics of the ANM. The main factors affecting the deflector broadband are analyzed: the selectivity of the acousto-optic interaction, the limited frequency band of the piezoelectric transducer, and the finiteness of the frequency band of electrical matching of the parameters of the transducer with a high-frequency power generator.
