Study of theoretical aspects of sustainable development of an enterprise in contemporary science

The complex definition of the notion "sustainable development of an enterprise" being absent, the author considers the modern approaches to considering this economical category. One-sided interpretation of the sustained development in science with some single aspect accentuated is emphasized. This is connected with an interdisciplinary character of the term. The article gives an integral definition of the sustained development of an enterprise. This term should be expediently used in modern educational process of the higher school while studying such subjects as "Economics of institutions (enterprises)", "Economic analysis", "Productive management".
