Research of the theoretical and methodical aspects of forming labor potential of the Belarusian village

The article identifies and summarizes the most important characteristics of the concepts of “labor potential”, “labor potential of the region”, “village” or “rural territories”. This allowed us to draw a number of conclusions: labor potential is formed and realized in labor activity; the labor potential of the employee is not a constant, it is constantly changing; the labor potential of each employee is formed and reaches its maximum value in accordance with the level of social production. The labor potential of the Belarusian village is formed in the labor organization system of mainly agricultural enterprises and is determined by the conditions of employment.
