Research threat of information security in the Russian Federation

Of course, special importance is given to researchers – direct participants in the scientific and innovative processes. In connection with the difficult geopolitical situation for the Russian Federation, the policy of import substitution becomes relevant. However, this is not possible in all industries. The search for new solutions that can improve international cooperation and improve development results largely depends on intellectual resources. The situation in the Russian Federation has been aggravated for many decades by the outflow of highly qualified specialists. The increase in spending on science, for the most part, does not bring qualitative results. It is possible to assume that qualitative changes will take place, but their real reflection will be noticeable for a certain time.
