The research of the effect of paraaminobenzoic acid on meat quality of cattle youth was made. Sensory evaluation of the quality of meat and meat stock indicates biological value of meat calves receiving paraaminobenzoic acid. Chemical composition of meat steers receiving this vitamin does not change significantly.
