It's known,that the complex mixture of nitrogencontaining compounds forms as a result of the thermal transformations of cyanamide or urea. There is the complication of the structure of the compounds when the temperature or the time of the reactions increases. On the contrary the thermolysis of organosilicon derivatives of cyanamide or urea gives the stable compounds type of isocyanates,carbodiimides and melamines.
