Исследования soft skills в высшем образовании: ТОП-100 в международной базе Scopus

Введение. В настоящее время наблюдается повышение требований работодателей к выпускникам вузов с заметным превалированием обладания последними soft skills, в связи с чем актуализируется вопрос о модернизации учебных программ вузов или разработке новых, включающих в себя формирование soft skills в рамках университетского образования. Важность проблематики заставляет взглянуть на опыт зарубежных вузов в указанном направлении. Цель статьи - выявление основных предметных областей, в которых внимание акцентируется на вопросах soft skills, а также направлений научных исследований по тематике формирования soft skills у студентов в период 2010-2020 гг. в сфере образования. Материалы и методы. Исследование осуществлялось в два этапа. На первом этапе с использованием поисковой стратегии были установлены основные предметные области исследований по тематике формирования soft skills у студентов в период с 2010 по 2020 гг. На втором этапе было проведено исследование ста самых цитируемых статей, входящих в реферативную базу Scopus, по тематике soft skills в сфере образования, отобранных на основании критериев включения и невключения. С помощью метода контент-анализа отобранные статьи были разделены на несколько кластеров, демонстрирующих направленность исследований. Результаты исследования. В ходе анализа зарубежных исследований была получена информация о предметных полях, в которых акцентируется внимание на проблеме формирования soft skills. Основными предметными областями являются социальные науки, информационные технологии, инженерное дело, бизнес и бухгалтерский учет. Направлениями исследований развития soft skills у студентов в рассматриваемый период стали общепедагогические вопросы, повышение возможностей трудоустройства, распределение по различным сферам образования. Обсуждение и заключение. Выборка лучших мировых практик, описанных в ведущих статьях по тематике формирования soft skills в области образования, обогащает коллекцию методических приемов преподавателей различных профильных дисциплин. Материалы статьи могут быть полезны методистам, преподавателям учебных заведений профессионального образования, занимающихся разработкой учебных программ нового типа, учитывающих запросы современного рынка труда, а также широкому кругу лиц, интересующихся вопросами высшего образования.
