Pavel Petrovich Blonsky - Russian and Soviet philosopher, educator and psychologist, who had a great influence on the post-revolutionary Russian pedagogy, one of the founders of Soviet Pedology, a prominent representative of the biogenetic direction of research in the Soviet child psychology, the author of the concept of a labor school, one of the organizers and leaders of the Academy of Communist education named after N. K. Krupskaya. The range of research scientist covers almost all relevant issues of pedagogy and psychology of the time and many related problems of philosophy, sociology, ethics. Ideas P. P. Blonsky and the problems he studied determined the direction of research of a number of scientific schools of Soviet psychology and pedagogy.
