The basis of training of teacher-researcher are principles of ethnic-cultural connotation. Ethnic-cultural problem situations brings a new kind of pedagogical experience in activity of a teacher: experience of a teacher-researcher of ethnic-culture, introspection of pedagogical activity through introspection of a lesson or after-hour employment; experience of self-designing of the development; experience of reflection and estimation of conformity of activity in conditions of ethnic-cultural education.
