Sources of forming and assessing the reputation of the Russian authorities: results of an expert survey

The article presents the results of an expert survey on the study of the sources of formation and assessment of the reputation of the authorities as an element of the interpretive field of the concepts “reputation of the Russian authorities” (official state and municipal power) and “regional (executive) authorities”. The author's approach to the classification of the designated sources in accordance with the criterion of the degree of activity of the subject, a carrier of an opinion about reputation, in the information space, is empirically justified. The predominant role of the group of “active” sources and experience of interaction with the government in the process of forming and assessing the reputation of government, while maintaining the multi-vector nature of the information space affecting this process, has been revealed. It is concluded that there is a fundamentally unified interpretive field of concepts in terms of sources of formation and assessment of the reputation of authorities (with some specificity, determined by the greater “reach” of regional authorities).
