Historical dynamical and genesis of negotiation issues

Relevance. In the modern world, negotiation culture acquires special importance in various spheres of human activity. It seems significant to carry out a systematic analysis of the dynamics of negotiation culture, its place and role in the life of society. The purpose and objectives of the work were to consider theoretical concepts that explain the genesis of negotiation issues. The analysis of means of communication at different stages of the development of human society showed that in the process of sociogenesis it was the skill of communication and negotiation that occupied an increasingly important role compared to physical strength. During the course of evolution, at the initial stage, man used imitation, imitation and special sound signals for communication, and over time he began to regulate his behavior not by instincts, but by mechanisms of social regulation, when the social motives of activity became stronger.
