Historical aspects of the formation of the teacher training system and its current state

The policy of modern education in combination with democratic processes in the recent history of Kyrgyzstan has again noted the seriousness of professional development of teaching staff. This time, the issue of professional development in accordance with their educational needs has become particularly important. In general, in the field of pedagogy, in order to fully understand the basis and formation of the system of advanced training, it becomes necessary to conduct a retrospective analysis of the pedagogical phenomenon and all stages of its formation as a social institution. To do this, consideration of the main historical aspect of the designated problem corresponds to the goal. In Kyrgyzstan, including in the southern region, the professional development of teaching staff was closely linked to the education system and the history of the country's development. In the Kyrgyz Republic, research work on the problems of professional development has not become an object of pedagogical science for a long time. In our opinion, this attitude has been observed since the Soviet era, when special attention was paid to this problem.
