Гипертрофическая кардиомиопатия - редкая, но сложная патология. В последние 70 лет осуществлен значительный рывок в понимании патогенеза данной болезни, а также диагностике и лечении. В обзоре литературы суммированы данные первоисточников и представлено современное видение проблемы. В статье также рассмотрены вопросы хирургического и интервенционного лечения пациентов с гипертрофической кардиомиопатией. Особое внимание уделено этаноловой аблации септальной гипертрофии.
