Historical view on the modern condition of Russian enterpreneurship

The state regulation of entrepreneurship is an important part of the development of effective market economy in our country. It is very significant and wide line of the state policy, which includes creation of favorable law and organizational conditions for development and increase in entrepreneurs’ activity in general, as well as special regulation and support of different groups and kinds of entrepreneurs. The article is devoted to research of the interactions between the authorities and entrepreneurs in modern conditions.
