History and methodology of legal regulation of labor in the civil service in Russia

The article examines the history of labor relations in Russia, examines the process of formation of labor law as an independent industry as a result of economic development associated with the growth of industry and the need for legislative regulation of the situation of employees engaged in industrial production, examines the main stages of development of labor legislation, the evolution of methods of legal influence due to economic and political factors, underlying the legal regulation of labor relations at the present stage of development of society and the state, trends and prospects of the industry in the globalized world economy. The methodological basis is the axiological approach, comparative legal and historical-legal methods, the principles of science, objectivity, analysis of events in their relationship and specific historical conditionality.
