Since the modern era, the ideas about the past have no longer been based on the facts instead of the language style being directly used by the chronicler and historian. In the second half of the twentieth century, such an approach to dealing with history fitted into a newfangled linguistic turn. Metanarrative that made history objective and scientific lost ground for scientific acceptability and intellectual appeal in the modern era. Therefore, modern history is described as unreliable (generally unclaimed quality) but deep rhetorical discourse representing the past through the creation of true images that can be best understood as metaphors of reality. The emotional tricks of sensitive mind by means of figurative language, shifts, and connotations are just an easy game with a fake (bogus) effect of meaning-making which pretends to be important and assumes no responsibility.
