The history of the development of legal regulation of law on vacation

This article examines the main aspects of the history of legal regulation of vacations; examines the process of the emergence and development of the right to leave in our country, with special attention being paid to its regulatory basis. The author, consistently studying the development of legislation in this area, draws attention to the influence of social, national and political aspects in certain periods of our country's existence on the provisions of the law on vacations: the legal regulation of vacations is partly formed taking into account the national characteristics of society and the state, characteristic of a particular period of the country's development. The importance of regulating the possibility of granting vacations is emphasized, which is confirmed by the presence of relevant provisions in the text of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and speaks of the formation of the right to rest (and, in particular, vacation) as one of the stable constitutional rights.
