The history of the development of entrepreneurial law as a science in Russia

The article examines the main stages of development of business law as a science in Russia. The main theories of legal scholars are presented, their relation to the branch of business law is analyzed. It is shown that entrepreneurial law as a science developed gradually, its formation is based on three basic legal schools. The article analyzes the relationship between business law and political changes in the country.
