The author discovers significant gaps in Russian history of Psychology of the twentieth century, connected both with the inaccessibility of sources and ideological distortions in the perception and interpretation of the reality. Historical and psychological reconstructions, inspired by the revisionist turn and based on the methodology of latent changes, offer new interpretations. They allow us to overcome the existing mythologems and show a more complex, contradictory and ambiguous picture of the 20th-century psychology. The author proves that in the historiography of Russian Psychology the regime of openness, poli-paradigm and trans-disciplinary function together with the transition from a total and linear model of the development of science to a network structure of diverse, florid and rich descriptions. As a result, it provided a stronger development program.
