History of the notaries

From a historical point of view, the emergence of a notary is closely related to the development of civil circulation and the need of its subjects to carry out transactions and facilitate their consolidation in legal form. The notarial institution originated in the ancient Roman state. The purpose of the scientific work is to comprehensively and comprehensively explore from the point of view of the historical formation and development of the notary institution. The methodological basis of the research is the method of system analysis, comparative legal, formal legal methods and other methods. The main provisions and conclusions of the scientific work can be used in teaching the disciplines of law and history of the state, notaries, and civil procedural law.
