The history of the development of higher inclusive education in China over the past 37 years is presented. The most important documents on the three stages of higher education are highlighted and analyzed: admission to university (“the starting point of education”); the educational process; the result of education. The features of the state policy in the field of inclusive education are analyzed, its successes and shortcomings are noted.
