The article distinguishes between the factsof the past and the facts in history. The fact of the past is a real event, and the fact in history is creatively explained according to the worldview of the author of history. Different worldviews give different interpretations and assessments to the same facts in history. The interpreters of the past are individuals and organizations of people-the state. History is an interpretation of the past.
