Historical and legal analysis of the institute of judicial representation: problematic aspects

In this article, attention is paid to the historical and legal analysis of the institute of judicial representation in the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Russian Federation). The main approaches to understanding and interpreting such a definition as "judicial representation" are considered. The process of historical formation of the modern institution of judicial representation is analyzed, the main stages are determined. During the consideration of the above issues, the problem of the lack of a unified approach to understanding judicial representation, as well as the period of its occurrence, was revealed.
