Historical and legal analysis of proposals for the codification of administrative legislation 2000-2025

The article describes the results of a study, the subject of which was proposals for the codification of administrative legislation of the Russian Federation over the past 25 years. The authors of the study set themselves the goal of analyzing the evolution of proposals for the codification of administrative law and attempted to assess their effectiveness and identify promising areas for further development of the industry. Methodology. General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis) and special legal methods (comparative legal analysis, formal legal method) were used. Regulatory legal acts, draft laws and scientific publications on the topic were analyzed.
