Historiography of a research problem as a result of historical and pedagogical analysis

Essence and meaning of historiography in pedagogical research is discussed. An approach to its structure and contents, typology of conditions, that determine the formation, as well as requirements to the implementation of historical and pedagogical analysis in pedagogical researches are presented. Procedures of pointing out the stages of historical development of the researched problem are stated.
