Historiography of the problem of formation of readiness to resolve conflicts of cadets of training centers of the armed forces of the Russian Federation

The article actualizes the problem of formation of cadets’ readiness to resolve conflicts, provides an overview of the historiography of the problem under study. The author’s vision of the problem is presented in three historical periods reflecting the development of interest on the part of society and science in the subject of studying the formation of doctrines about conflict and readiness in professional activity, which are directly related to the problemof formation of readiness for conflict resolution by cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The very concept of «readiness» in this article has a relationship with the willingness to resolve conflicts, which implies that the individual has professional knowledge and skills, as well as high emotional stability in conflict resolution. This article concludes that at present there is a sufficient number of works related to the problems of training military specialists, but there are practically no theoretical works devoted to the theoretical and practical analysis of readiness for conflict resolution by cadets of training centers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
