Historiography problems of formation of economic and legal culture of law students

Historiographical study is structured on the basis of an analysis of key aspects: the emergence of the system of formation of economic and legal knowledge, the formation of the theory of cultural approach, and the purposeful formation of students' economic and legal culture, represented by the socio-historical, theoretical-methodological and practical-oriented prere-quisites. The main periods in the historiography of the problems of forming the economic and legal culture of law students were defined. The first period (from the beginning of the 20s to the early 90s of the twentieth century) is represented by the emergence of a stable and functioning system of forming of economic and legal knowledge; the emergence of the idea of a cultural approach to domestic and foreign pedagogy; the lack of studies of the development of economic and legal culture. The second period (from the early 90s of the 20th century to the early twenty-first century) is characterized by: the emergence in the theory of pedagogy a cultural approach at the state level; the collapse of the Soviet Union and the reform of the education system; the emergence of the need to form economic and legal culture as a component of the professional culture of graduates of law specialties in the conditions of development of market relations. The third and fourth periods (from the beginning of 21st century to the present) describes: the introduction of a new regulatory framework into the education system; Russia signing the Bologna agreements; strengthening the cultural approach as the official educational paradigm; actualization of the forming of students' economic and legal culture.
