Historiography of formation of organizational and stimulating competence of the future teachers in the sphere of professional education

The stages of formation of organizational and stimulating competence of future teachers are considered. The first stage (early 1960 - the end of the 1980s) is characterized by the formation of the competence-oriented education in Western countries, whereas in the Soviet Union the process of recovery of the organizational structure of professional teacher education began and research in the ways of stimulating students of professional education was carried out. The second stage (1990s) is marked by the reform of the Russian educational system, by the increased number of research devoted to the investigation of the organizational and stimulating competence of future teachers and by the works investigating the problems of developing professional competencies. The third stage (from the beginning of the XXI century and up to the present) is characterized by the complete shift to competence-oriented education in Russia. Also this stage is marked by the appearance of terms “organizational and stimulating function”, “organizational and stimulating” and “organizational and stimulating support”.
