The urgent problem of the modern cultural policy of Russia is the creation of programs of spiritual and moral content aimed at identifying the values and meanings of the Russian world and the embodiment them in reality. To solve this problem, the article has reconstructed the classical content of the Russian idea, reflected in the traditions of Russian philosophical culture. There are three groups of sources in the focus: Orthodox theology, religious philosophy and Russian literature. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the «Words of Law and Grace» by Metropolitan Hilarion, in which the historiosophical paradigm of Russian spiritual culture was set, implemented in religious and moral aspects. It is shown that the «Word» is read in the context of moral philosophy as the first text of ancient Russian book, which laid the root tradition of the ethicocentrism of Russian thought, developed in the future in Russian philosophy and literature. This context considers the arrhythmological concept of being developed by N. V. Bugaev, P. A. Florensky, S. N. Bulgakov and others. The article focuses on the reflections of F. M. Dostoevsky, N. A. Berdyaev, E. N. Trubetskoy, S. L. Frank, I. A. Ilyin about the Russian idea and, accordingly, Russian historiosophy, which is important for structuring the spiritual content of the Russian world, which goes into the sphere of the socio political and moral ideal. In the socio political sphere, it is the retention of the world from chaos and collapse, in moral the idea of justification and salvation of man. It is concluded that the study, identification and cultivation of the historiosophical paradigm of the Russian world is becoming the most important task of modern cultural policy.
