Results of the inventory estimates for agricultural land samara region

The authors compare two methodological approaches used in the Samara region in 2006 and 2012, during the cadastral valuation of land for agricultural purposes. Identify weaknesses in the approach of the 2006. Conduct a comparative analysis of the final results obtained using different methods.
