From the history of filming in the Turkestan region

This article deals with the first filming in the Turkestan region, which took place at the beginning of the twentieth century; on the basis of archival materials and periodicals of the region, the process of filming in the Turkestan region is traced, the goals, tasks and working conditions of film crews are analyzed. In this context, information is provided about the first cameraman in the region - Hudoibergen Devanov.
