From the work experience with exceptional children in the conditions of the rural gymnasium

In this article the system of work with gifted children is considered. Training of gofted children, according to the author, is performed on the basis of the principles of differentiation and individualization, with a possibility of the choice of individual speed and a method of promotion in a subject. Forms of education of these children, and also system of additional education are offered. A special system of work with gifted children is shown in article on the basis of the work content and the model of intra school management of development of children's endowments is offered.
