Formation and development of state-public management system of secondary education of the Republic of Buryatia in the implementation of state programs in the sphere of education

The article describes the main stages of the development of state-public management of regional system of secondary education in the framework of the state educational programs. The author analyzes the main mechanisms and forms of state-public management educational system, as well as the main results of the implementation of government programs in the Republic of Buryatia.
