From the school of journalism - to the school of media literacy

The article is devoted to the problem of the survival of the schools of a young journalist. The author for many years is the head of the SLEI "Easy Pen", the author's supplementary education program was written, which became the winner of the regional competition of educational programs in 2007. For 17 years of work the author has carried out a huge work on the pre-professional training of adolescents. Various forms and methods of teaching were tested. At the moment the author has come to the conclusion that it is necessary to change something in the concept and structure of the training program, in the meaningful name of the school. And there is a way out. From the school of journalism - to the school of media literacy!
