Withdrawals of lands as a mechanism for involving agricultural land in economic and economic turnover

The author considers the issues of involving agricultural lands in economic and economic turnover, the formation and implementation of a mechanism for the seizure of such lands. Identifies the problems of information support of this mechanism, which allows assessing the effectiveness of involving seized agricultural lands in circulation. Considers it necessary for information support of the seizure mechanism to place information about lands subject to seizure on the public map of Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography and in the Unified federal information system on agricultural lands.
